Shipping Terms and Conditions

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Money Orders.

There is a $250.00 minimum, not including shipping and box charges. We ship only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.


At SNDF, we pride ourselves in the quality of the frogs we sell. All frogs sold by SNDF are in good health and eating
normally. We will advise you of any treatments already given to our imported frogs. As with any new frogs being brought into your collection we recommend a quarantine and acclimation period. Because Dendrobatids in particular, and frogs in general, are sensitive animals, we guarantee live arrival ONLY under the following guidelines.

Important: Please read carefully and reply by e-mail that you have read and agree to the following Shipping Terms and Conditions. Be sure to include your Name, Address and Phone as it appears on your order in this e-mail. No orders will be processed or shipped until we receive this e-mail.

1. We ship either FedEx Standard overnight mail service or Delta Dash depending on location and weather. You must e-mail us the address of the FedEx location where you wish to pick up your shipment. The FedEx location can NOT be a FedEx Kinko’s, as they do not receive the shipment for several hours after delivery to your area. This exposes the frogs to additional adverse weather conditions, and can affect the life and health of the frogs. The FedEx you select must have “hold for customer pick up” service. If you elect any other shipping method or carrier other than FedEx or Delta, the live arrival guarantee is null and void.

2. For the live arrival guarantee to be in force, you must pick up your package when they open in the case of FedEx! This is to insure your frogs are not exposed to the elements any longer than necessary. We track the time your FedEx facility opens and when you picked up your package. We emphasize that you must pick up your package when the FedEx facility opens, or within 30 minutes of delivery of the box. We insist on shipping Standard overnight so that the package will be at the location when the facility opens, thereby reducing the exposure of the frogs to adverse weather. For Delta you must pick up within 30 minutes of arrival at the pick up counter. We care about both the health of the frogs and your success with them, so we insist on this method, and your quick pickup.

3. When you pick up your box within 30 minutes of the FedEx facility opening or at the Delta Dash counter on the day of the shipment, take the box immediately to a safe location (do not open at FedEx), and examine the frogs carefully. CALL US IMMEDIATELY if there are any problems. We insist that any issues must be reported to us within 30 minutes from when the FedEx facility opens. We would be thrilled if you would call immediately to let us know that everything arrived safely as
well. After all, these are our “babies”, too! If there are any fatalities, we require clear pictures of all dead frogs within
two hours of you opening the shipment.

4. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL IF YOU ELECT HOME DELIVERY! Live arrival is guaranteed only if you pick up at your local FedEx facility or at the Delta Dash counter. This is the safest and healthiest way to get these beautiful frogs to you.

5. We use double Styrofoam boxes with heat packs whenever the overnight temperatures are projected to be below 60
degrees, and additional boxing fees apply to such orders.

6. SNDF maintains the right to refuse shipping and refund your purchase price if we, at our sole discretion and for any reason
we deem appropriate. We hope you appreciate and enjoy these frogs as much as we do. Their well-being and your
satisfaction with the frogs you receive is our primary goal.

7. If you do experience a death on arrival, we reserve the right to spend time verifying that all the terms and conditions
were met in the delivery. If we are satisfied that the terms and conditions were met, we will arrange to either refund the
purchase price of the frogs or offer a full or partial replacement—at our sole discretion. Unfortunately, the box and
shipping costs are not refundable. Any and all costs for boxing and shipping replacement frogs will be paid for by you.
You agree that all disputes are governed by Florida law, and shall be brought and maintained in a state court located in
Broward County, Florida, and you hereby waive all objections to jurisdiction therein. Our goal in doing this sale is to insure that you get these frogs alive and in healthy condition. Many times these precious frogs are not replaceable. Every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure you satisfaction with your purchase and limit our exposure to losses.
